CARACAS, Venezuela â€"  Opposition leader Henrique Capriles has launched a re-election bid for his state governor post after being defeated by President Hugo Chavez in Venezuela's presidential election.
Capriles is now running as the incumbent in Miranda state against Chavez's former vice president, Elias Jaua. The elections on Dec. 16 will decide gubernatorial posts nationwide.
Jaua vowed to win in a message on Twitter, saying: "We're going to get Miranda back!"
Capriles signed up to run Thursday and told a crowd in the town of Los Teques that his government showed "efficiency and transparency" and that his opponent would bring corruption.
The opposition leader told his supporters that no one should feel pessimistic after the loss in the presidential vote. Chavez won by 11 percentage points, his narrowest re-election margin to date.

One of the original towers had a restraunt at the top called "Windows on the World" or something like that where you could eat and look out over Manhattan. Is the new tower going to have something like that? Or an observation deck or something? And if they do, will anyone be brave enough to go to it? They haven't mentioned anything about a restaurant on or near the top floor. But that doesn't mean that there won't be one.

No. It was decided a year or so ago that they won't have a restaurant on the top floor, but there will definitely be an observation deck. Lots of people will go to it. That's why it was decided to do the observation deck instead of the restaurant. It brings in more revenue.
