(This question is in response to an earlier question: âIf China is such a "police state", then why are thousands of foreign companies eagerly doing business there?â) @Mister Chang - ask the 50-cents guys who keep telling us it is. The primary motivation for young people is education. China's higher education system is extremely competitive. If a student can attend a foreign university, their chances of success when they return to China are much higher. For the middle class, the concern is about the stability of the social welfare. There is not a concrete social security system in China.

If you want to say that Chinese citizens eagerly going to foreign , then how many foreigners eagerly going to China ? People who want to go to another country , in my opinion that they not only want to get more money ,but they also want to see the knowledge of foreign countries and promote theirselves.

That is because these Chinese want to liberate those live in deep water or hot fire, who account for about two thirds of the world population. Some go to USA in order to taste the hardship of the Americans and then tell the Chinese of the true america. In addition, some of them go to act as a mole. Discover China http://www.hugchina.com

If China really looks perfect to you, I suggest you stop reading Chinese news media for a while and tour western regions of China.

You ask why are people leaving China. Read the news paper. A man from Beijing was sent to prison for protesting about the milk powder that made over 300,000 children sick. He was sent to prison for 2 1/2 years must bee great to live where companies can do almost anything to make money and if you complain you go to jail. I hope you can see this in your news paper.
