I'm all for it, as long as I'm alive and my picture is on the front. (One good major war, and that currency will be immediately replaced by both sides...)

Bad idea. I think it would give too much power to a very select few.

I'm a bit of a conspiracy therorist and think it's a prelude to a new world order...it is a sign of the terrible things to come.Currency is what makes each country unique.I'm NOT for this whole "world" currency.

One World Currency? No way. That would bring us one step closer to world domination by one figure - the Mark being tattooed on our hands or heads - the Antichrist.

"Give me control of the money and I care not who makes the laws." I'm against it. Woodrow Wilson signed into law the Federal Reserve, which took away our constitutional right to coin our own money and gave it to private bankers with no accountability to us, and later said he regretted doing this because it put us in control of a shadowy elite. One world currency is an essential part of one world rule which is the consolidation of power into the hands of a few. We will lose control of our monetary policy and industry if we do this & become serfs. Very very bad idea.

JOHANNESBURG â" Â South Africa's Film and Publication Board declassifies a painting that showed the genitals of the country's president.
The board's spokesman, Prince Mlimandlela Ndamase, said Wednesday that artist Brett Murray's "The Spear" â" which outraged supporters of President Jacob Zuma when it was displayed early this year at Johannesburg's Goodman Gallery â" is no longer deemed an offense to public taste.
The painting was condemned by the ruling ANC and Zuma himself said in court documents that the artwork ridiculed him and undermined his constitutional right to dignity. But the gallery and the artist countered that freedom of expression was at stake, too.
The painting was later taken down after two men defaced it with paint, claiming they were acting to defend Zuma.
