Answer by Carl Whethers
Well Mercury and Mars both have solid cores. Mars' core might not be completely solidified, but it's pretty damn close. I would go with D.

a. Mars Very likely Pluto as well. A dwarf planet is a TYPE of planet. It is just a planet with a diameter less than 3000 kilometers. I do not tolerate idiots(yes, I'm in a grumpy mood) who insist that Pluto is no longer a planet. Mars only has regional magentic fieleds, which probably come from iron/nickel asteroids/meteroids that impacted and penetrated into the mantle. Mars is not as massive as Mercury, so there is not as much insulating mass in the mantle and crust to keep the liquid core from crystallizing over billions of years. Mercury has more mass, a global magnetic field, and an iron/nickel core comprisng 70% of it's volume. The global magnetic field means that the core may not have crystallized completely yet. That "college professor" is obviously not one in geophysics or geology. Real college professors don't usually toot their own horns online. They only make arrogant asses of themselves IRL. VERY few Ph.D.s ever get totally rid of their arrogance about having Ph.D.s. I've only known four in my entire life, and one of them, the first, was my father.

Abdulhakim Ayhan, the mayor of Akcakale, confirmed that Turkish artillery immediately returned fire.
The Turks have been returning fire since Wednesday when Syrian shelling killed five civilians in a Turkish border town.
