He was sure he'd been "converted" (by extraordinary measures), but no one believed him, and he refused to see the signs that he might still be gay. Homosexuality is a perversion of a physical lust. No different then the lust a normal man has for a woman or a pedophile for a child. The brain responds to the endorphins stimulated by sex, one only has to reeducate themselves and find beauty in normal desires to change. The real problem is that the lust begins too early for some individuals and they are unwilling to resist no matter what the lust is for. In time a confused identity develops and unless outside direction comes to that individual they will let the lust control them rather then controlling the lust. Our current society allows the perversion to continue unchecked, there by confusing the afflicted even further. There are organizations that promote all kinds of perversions and each say that they are no more harmful then that what homosexuals have pressed for. So my question to you and the "House" producers is when is enough, enough?

I think it w as a parallel leading to House. not about his sexuality but his addiction to pain pills. The foreshadowing is certaintly there for a major fall for House. House seems to be dealing with his addiction and belives he has well I suppose converted but the small signs show the storm is about to come!

Syrian state television says President Bashar al-Assad has met with international peace envoy Lakhdar Brahimi. The broadcast did not give any additional details about the meeting Sunday in Damascus.Â

Brahimi, the joint U.N.-Arab special envoy for Syria, has urged both sides in the Syrian crisis to support a cease-fire during the four-day Muslim holiday of Eid al-Adha that begins October 26.Â

The secretaries-general of the U.N. and the Arab League have also called for a cessation of violence during the religious period, to bring an end to the 19-month anti-government uprising.

But the violence continued Sunday in Damascus while Assad and Brahimi were meeting. A car bomb exploded near a police station in Bab Touma, the Christian quarter of Damascus' Old City, killing several people and wounding others.
